5. Data retention

• Enquiry data from the Tally form is retained for 12 months from submission, then deleted, unless you have become an active buyer.
• Order and invoice records are retained for 7 years as required under the Companies Act and GST rules.
• Analytics data is retained as per Google Analytics' default retention settings (up to 14 months).
