Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern all wholesale purchase transactions between TrueBlend Marketing Pvt Ltd (CIN: as registered under the Companies Act 2013; FSSAI Licence on file; "Seller") and any business entity or individual ("Buyer") placing an order for coffee or tea products via WhatsApp, the enquiry form on this website, email, or any other channel.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. These terms apply to all orders unless a separate written supply agreement has been signed between the parties.

2. Orders and minimum quantities

• Minimum order quantities: filter coffee powder — 10 kg; instant coffee (spray-dried or agglomerated) — 15 kg; Assam CTC tea and masala chai premix — 30 kg.
• An order is confirmed only after the Seller sends a written order confirmation (WhatsApp message, email, or invoice). Enquiries do not constitute orders.
• The Seller reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion, with a full refund of any advance paid.
• Product specifications (blend ratio, grade, grind size) must be confirmed at the time of ordering. Subsequent changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST at the applicable rate (currently 5% for coffee and tea under HSN 09012100 and 09024090) will be added to every invoice.
• Prices quoted are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation. Coffee and tea are commodity-linked products; prices may change without prior notice after this period.
• Payment is due in advance unless a credit facility has been agreed in writing. Accepted modes: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, and account payee cheque. Cheque clearance is required before dispatch.
• For credit accounts, payment is due within the agreed credit period from the invoice date. Overdue amounts attract interest at 18% per annum.

4. Delivery

• Standard delivery: 24–48 hours from order confirmation and payment receipt for Bangalore (all pincodes). Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk in goods passes to the Buyer on delivery to the address specified in the order. The Seller is not liable for loss or damage after delivery.
• The Buyer must inspect goods at the time of delivery. Any shortage or visible damage must be noted on the delivery acknowledgment and reported to the Seller within 24 hours of receipt.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be stated in the quotation. Free delivery thresholds apply to orders within Bangalore only.

5. Product quality

• All products are supplied with a minimum of 75% of stated shelf life remaining at the time of delivery.
• Products conform to applicable FSSAI food safety standards for their respective categories.
• The Seller provides free samples (up to 250 g) to new buyers in Bangalore before the first bulk order. The Buyer is responsible for testing samples under their specific conditions before committing to a bulk purchase.
• Colour, aroma, and flavour variations within accepted industry tolerances between batches do not constitute defects.

6. Returns and claims

• Returns are accepted only for: (a) products with a manufacturing defect confirmed by the Seller, (b) products delivered that materially differ from the confirmed specification, or (c) products with less than 75% shelf life remaining on delivery.
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
• Accepted claims will be resolved by replacement of the affected quantity or a credit note at the Seller's discretion. Cash refunds are issued only where replacement is not possible.
• Returns are not accepted for: improper storage after delivery, change of mind, over-ordering, or claims raised beyond the 48-hour window.

7. Limitation of liability

The Seller's total liability to the Buyer under any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods in dispute. The Seller is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or reputational damage arising from the use or non-delivery of products.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of TrueBlend Marketing Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or any transaction under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

10. Amendments

TrueBlend Marketing Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective from the date of publication on this page. Continued ordering after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
